Office Manager - Junior Achievement Southeastern Washington Region

Reporting to the regional director, the office manager is the core and backbone of Junior Achievement. Summary of duties: Assists with necessary support services to create and maintain a productive and efficient work environment. Composes and drafts correspondence. Prepares and edits confidential letters and reports. Provides accurate and timely financial information to senior management. Registrar for annual bowling fundraiser. Orders office supplies/postage. Skills Required: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Project Management skills in project tracking, issue resolution and planning Strong working knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on Excel Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to lead and influence Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Office Coordinator – Junior Achievement of Central Washington

Seeking a highly qualified person who will be responsible for the smooth running of JA World office in Yakima, where your professionalism, initiative and office skills will be welcomed.   
 
Your full-time role will include providing a full range of office management duties including:  day-to-day running of the office, administrative support to program managers, ordering supplies, communicating with volunteers, invoicing schools and keeping track of student numbers, data entry, managing phones and other duties as requested.
 
This position will suit you if you have good interpersonal skills and office management experience. You need to be self-directed and have organizational and problem-solving skills.

Special Events Intern

Location: Greater Seattle/Tacoma Metro Area

The Special Events Intern is a vital part of the events team in organizing and planning all JA fundraising events, including but not limited to auctions, golf classics, bowling events and other fundraisers. This position will build on the success and track record of well-branded events, as well as assist in the cultivation of new supporters to the organization. A successful candidate will have strong relationship-building, organizational and computer skills.
